It’s time to schedule your flu shot! We are offering flu clinics from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in September and October on the following Saturdays: 9/28, 10/5, 10/12 and 10/19.
Patients must sign up through our Patient Portal. Parents wanting flu shots need to call our office to schedule an appointment. If parents aren’t scheduled for a clinic, they will not receive a flu shot.
Parents with HMO insurance will need to get flu shots through their primary care doctor.
Please go to Patient Forms to print and complete the 2024 Pediatric/Adult Consent Form before your appointment. Bring the forms with you to the appointment.
