In order to continue offering excellent care to our patients, minimize wait times, and maintain accurate patient information, we are implementing some changes.
- Starting January 17, 2024, our walk-in clinic will close at 4:00 p.m. instead of 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday. Parent and child(ren) must be in our clinic by 4:00 p.m. to be seen.
- Starting January 20, 2024, Saturday walk-in clinic visits will be discontinued. Sick visits will be offered on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. by appointment only. A total of 30 appointments will be available for scheduling each Saturday starting at 7:00 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call our office and press 1 to leave a message for our Saturday nurse scheduler. We will return calls in the order received to set up an appointment. These visits are for acute issues only—respiratory, fever, ear pain, strep, etc.
- We are now using an electronic check-in system, Phreesia, for all visits, including the walk-in clinic. This system will send you a link to complete the registration process and forms prior to your scheduled visit. Multiple reminder texts and emails will be sent as early as five days before your appointment so be on the lookout for these notifications!
